What type of crystal do you use?

We use high-quality optical crystal, selected for its clarity, precise faceting, and beautiful light refraction. The crystal is designed to maintain its brilliance even in large chandeliers installed several floors above the viewing level.

The weight depends on the size, number of tiers, and amount of crystal. Large architectural installations can weigh 330 lb (150 kg) or more, with monumental compositions reaching several hundred kilograms. For these projects, we calculate the structural load and coordinate the suspension requirements with the project team.

Yes. We design custom crystal chandeliers and compositions for hotel lobbies, atriums, staircases, and double-height spaces. The diameter, height, number of tiers, crystal density, and overall composition can all be adapted to the architecture.

Crystal should be cleaned periodically with a soft cloth and crystal-safe cleaning products. For large installations, we recommend planning maintenance access in advance, such as a lowering system, lift access, or professional cleaning service.

Yes. The number, position, and output of the light sources are selected according to the installation height and overall dimensions. This ensures that the crystal remains luminous and visually impressive even in tall atriums and double-height spaces.

Large installations are delivered in carefully protected, individually packed sections rather than fully assembled. The components are numbered for installation and assembled on site. For hospitality and commercial projects, professional installation or installation supervision can be coordinated.

High-quality optical crystal does not normally yellow or lose its clarity with age. With proper cleaning and maintenance, it can retain its brilliance for many years. For large projects, we also recommend keeping several matching replacement crystal elements for future maintenance.

A fully custom architectural installation typically requires 4–6 weeks for design and engineering, followed by approximately 12–20 weeks for production, depending on the size, complexity, and crystal specification. For hospitality and commercial projects, we recommend starting the process early in the design phase.
